#title#Non-Smokers Unite#/title# I am a non-smoker or should I say recovering smoker for over ten years. I live in California where you can actually get a ticket for smoking while walking down the street. My family lives in Texas and I was there for a visit and realized how many people still smoke. My sister who I love and adore needs to just stop smoking. Of course she says there is not an easy way to quit smoking.#break# #title#Smokers Smell#/title# I guess for her it just seems normal. I try not to be rude but she stinks. I have thought about buying her stop smoking aids but I think it would offend her. She lives with my mom who is getting older and hates the smoke. The deal is no smoking in the house. I do remember that quitting smoking was not easy.#break# #title#Smokers Crave#/title# The hardest time for me to not crave a cigarette was after dinner. Really anytime I ate triggered a desire to smoke when finished. When I was little I remember my parents smoking. They both figured out how to stop smoking before they were forty. My mom hated that I picked up the habit. When I finally made the call to her after many years of using cigarettes I was proud to say mom, I finally did it I figured out how to quit smoking.#break# #title#I did it!#/title# My mom was thrilled. She was very supportive, I of course was crabby at first but now I am so grateful. My asked if I had needed any quit smoking aids - I said not at this time. I decided to stop smoking now and once I made that decision I stuck to it.#break# #title#There are Ways#/title# Now everyone cannot just declare they want to quit smoking now and really stay off the nicotine. There are many alternatives such as hypnosis, stop smoking drugs, and books. I try every time I see my sister to sway her to the non-smokers side of the street. I believe there is a way to quit smoking out there for her. The desire to stop has to come from her and not her big sis pushing it on her.#break# #title#Cigarettes Sold#/title# I see over the counter stop smoking aids and quit smoking aids at most drug stores and grocery stores. I also see most of the same stores selling cigarettes. Usually cartons or packs of cigarettes are behind the counter so you have to ask for them.#break# #title#Smokers Realize#/title# Dont people realize they need to quit smoking now and not wait until they have lung or heart problems. I want to shout from the rooftops that I know how to quit smoking. However I do not because I do not want to shove my ideals on to someone else. Instead I will write them for the world to see.#break# #title#Join Me#/title# So if I know how can I get others to join me and commit to the idea and stop smoking? If it was simple to do I think more smokers would stop. Maybe there should be a movement and we can march down the street shouting stop smoking now to all that will listen.#break# #title#Look for a Way#/title# Most people look for an easy way to quit smoking. I have found stop smoking programs that do work they even guarantee your money back if you do not find a way to quit smoking.#break# #title#Smokers Quit#/title# I will say that quitting smoking is not easy. I will say that as a recovering non-smoker I am sensitive to those who do smoke and most smokers do not appreciate a non-smoker pointing out the error of their ways. So how to stop smoking I believe is a personal decision but can truly be supported by our families, friends, and communities.#break#

Mini Blind Contract Price Control
There will be no provision in this contract for any increase or reduction in the contract prices for any installation for a state agency or public school without approval from the Division of Purchase and Contract.8. Substitutions
Substitutions are not permitted without prior written approval of this division. Failure of the contractor to comply with this requirement may result in the removal of the contractor from the contract.
Transportation Charges:
All goods shall be delivered FOB DESTINATION for all orders equal to, or greater, than the minimum order, when shipped to a single destination. Orders for less than the minimum order will be shipped prepaid, with transportation charges added to the invoice as a separate item.
